1. What is foodora PRO?
foodora PRO is a membership, where you as a member can enjoy exclusive benefits on foodora.
- Free or discounted delivery: 50 kr off delivery from selected partners. Minimum order value applies.
- PRO deals: Up to 50% off selected dishes, menus, and products.
- Free Spotify Premium: Ad-free music for 4 months for new Spotify Premium users.
- Prioritized customer service: Even more prioritized customer service and personalized experience.

2. How can I use my foodora PRO benefits?
Once your membership is registered, your benefits will be automatically applied at checkout.

3. When am I eligible to use my foodora PRO benefits?
Once your order meets the T&C for the benefit, you can enjoy your benefit. Check out the T&C on the bottom of this page.

4. What kind of discounts do I get on deliveries?
Provided that your order meets the applicable conditions, you will receive a discount of SEK 50 to the delivery fee. Hence, for orders with an original delivery fee of SEK 50 or less, your delivery will be free.

5. When will the membership fee be charged?
The billing cycle is one (1) month. Payment of the membership fee will be made by credit card or debit card registered under your name or with another payment method available on foodora’s platform at the time of becoming a member. Thereafter, foodora will automatically charge you the membership fee using your chosen payment method on the last day of the then-current billing cycle, until and unless you cancel or terminate your membership, change your payment method or if foodora suspends or terminates foodora PRO.

6. How and when can I cancel my foodora PRO membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by using the “I would like to cancel my membership” link under the “foodora PRO” tab. If you encounter any issues while trying to cancel your membership, please reach out to our customer Service. Once you cancel your membership, you will continue to be able to use your benefits until the end of your then-current billing cycle.

7. Can I get a refund after I cancel my membership?
Yes, but only if you notify foodora within 14 days of paying your first membership fee. Please see more on how to exercise your right of withdrawal in our Terms and Conditions for foodora PRO here.

8. Can I use other vouchers at the same time as my foodora PRO benefits?
Yes you can!

9. How do I get free Spotify Premium?
Instructions will be sent to your email address. Make sure your email notifications are enabled.
